A friend of mine told me he saw a wolverine up around macfarland lake by hovland a couple of weeks ago He said that he is sure that it was a wolverine (too big and stalky to be a fisher and it had a short tail) I didn't think there were wolverines in minnesota Just curious if anyone else has e. He then jumped down on the foundation ledge behind the garbage can lid where he was promptly greeted by a size 12 wolverine boot I didn't see the point in letting a stinky varmit live in my garage and crap all over everything i own. I would not recomend wolverine boots I got a pair for christmas 2 years ago, 400g thinsulate, kind of a light boot I do like that they are light, and i like to use them ice fishing when it is not too cold, and hunting when they are not too cold. The best boots i've ever owned are wolverine's I currently have a pair for work that are 3 years old and they get used and abused every day of the week but not problems yet I have 2 pairs for hunting, one 1000 gram and one 400 gram. First animal i've ever trapped Also had a white patch between its front legs. I bought a pair of wolverine's this past winter 1000 gram's Very light boot since i walk 1/4 mile to my stand each morning but i did put a toe warmer in the tip and my feet never got cold this year when it was in the 20s See how ice fishing goes Best part was the boots were only 80 bucks.
